Both your own and the boundaries of your employer are usually laid down in documents “What documents are important to know my and the employers boundaries” as well as The Employment Relations Act 2000 (ERA), The Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 (HSE), The Human Rights Act 1003 (HRA) and the guidelines of Worksafe NZ.
