How to avoid, eliminate or end bullying at work?
You alone cannot avoid it as the saying is true…”it takes two to tango”. The conduct of your manager and co-workers are out of your control. What you can do is stop to enable them. Report all incidents. Maybe you could be the catalyst for change. Just work out first what the consequences might be. You could be losing your job and the person with the bullying behaviour could stay on. You need to ask the question “what is important to me?”
