How to claim for bullying at work?

1. When you have all your documents and notes ready, contact an experienced solicitor if you want to claim in the court. If they refuse to represent you it might be that your case is not strong enough or that you don’t have the necessary proof to succeed.
2. You could always go to mediation, that is a more informal experience but it could be more satisfying than the adversarial court system.
3. You can negotiate exit compensation with your employer when you resign without mediation or court proceedings but you will need lots of tenacity.
